i want to introduce myself as jagdish kumar verma . i m recently working as inspector income tax deptt. in kalyan. I want to take an new airtel connection. For that i submitted a letter from the dyptti commissioner of Income tax written on their letter pad giving my recent residintial address. But it was very strange for me when i come to know that Mr. sandeep who was the incharge of the kalyan airtel galary told me that it will not work. I tried to make him understand but it was of no use .finally when i asked him to make me speak to some senior he make a call to Miss sonali who was in Ullhasnagar .she also didnt know about the Income Tax deptt. as she was asking to me weather it is a compeny? it was looking like that students from metric classes were admitted to your company for the service who dnt have any knowledge. I am very much unsatisfied from the service provided by your airtel galary in kalyan near to rly. station.
