I would like to Introduce myself as Prakash chand lived in Faridabad (Haryana), a customer

I would like to tell you that my Outgoing Calls has been Locked/bared due to delay in

Payments for the month of April –08, But I would also like to apprise you that it

Was not totally of my fault. I have received the bill late via Airtel mail system, So that I got late in making payments. In respect of this I had talked to your Customer Care to Mr. Harit on dt. 17.06.2008. On that day I had told him that I will pay the Bill both April and May together up to 25th of June which is my due date. After discussion held with him on next day I checked my number it was ok for outgoing calls but after a day again outgoing call was locked.

On 19th of June I talked to Mr. Sumit at evening, he told me that We can not
