Delivery of text messages

Dear sir/ ma'am

1 i am a bsnl post-paid subscriber (09413300273) & am facing a peculiar problem wherein my sms to a particular pre-paid airtel no.(09862172651) in north-east India are not gettin delivered

2 i have mentioned the problem as peculiar because

(a) my calls to the no. get through

(b) i am recieving sms as well as calls from the said no.

(c) neither me nor my friend is facing any problem regarding sending/ recieving sms or making/ recieving calls from any other no.

3 i am facing this since the evening of 24th july

4 bsnl authorities have said that the problem is not in their network

5 after continious correspondence with the your customer care over the phone i was advised by the officials to register the complaint on the web-site

6 you are requested to take necessary action at the earliest to resolve the matter
