Not shifting my address

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have given shifting request of airtel landline no.0731-4283393 (Urmila Goyal) on 6th of june and they had taken 7 days for shifting the address but now they are saying that we cannot dig 450 meters and cannot implement the cable to my home, and the place where i am living is very well developed with at least 300 banglows or above, highly status full people are living there. Indore (M.P.) isn't small so 450 meters is normal and, only BSNL and AIRTEL provides fixed landline in India. Well its my business phone as well as residential phone, i belong to middle class family and since day of shifting request given my loss of business is very much affected till date and i don't want to extend my loss, so please help me. And last Airtel company will pay all my losses because at the time of connection given by Airtel, they didn't confirm me about that "we cannot shift to developed area".
