I need a concrete solution for my Airtel data card bill discrepancy

I have a huge list of complaints about my airtel datacard. Since purchasing it from Nov, i m facing one or the other. Sometimes my plan gets changed without my request and sometimes my bills does nt come to my house address. After solving this problem with a great effort, then arises a new one.
I ve been charged CLIP charges on datacard from the first bill onwards. I wonder how Airtel generates such a blind records. Can you imagine Caller identification charges levied on a datacard. Also, according to my plan i ve 1 GB free usage per month. But everymonth i m charged for the total usage. Regarding this i gave repeated complaints which are already 1.5 months old. Untill now my complaint is not resolved and my services are barred from 15 days.
Can i get any sought of solution to my problem.
