Airtel Telephon booth
Excess billing

I have made acall to U S for 29 minutes on 12 th july from an Airtell telephone booth at trivandrum kerala (Booth tele No:9995389981) I got a surprising bill for Rs. 597/- . According to Airtell the rate for US is @6.40/min. So the actual billing should be for around Rs.189.50 including service charge.

I have made complait aginst this for the respective aritell office.till now I didnt get a reply!

Really I dont know where to complaint. In their websit e there is no email Id or any telephone no for this.

can somebody help me for this??
