Sim Not Activated

I, Shyamkrishna Nath Tiwari, was using one Mobile Phone Number 99360 56789. The telephone was lost. Then I approached AirTel Office at Gorakhpur for reactivation. One person named Mr. Praveen took Rs.250/- and issued a new sim card telling that it will be activated.

Even after a lapse of more than ten days the number 99360 56789 has not been activated and it is not accepting any re-charge coupan. I have purchased a Validity Card of Rs.399/- and that is also going to be waste as that number has also been given to Gorakhpur Office staff Mr. Praveen.

Kindly help me in getting my phone Number 99360 56789 reactivated. I have daily made a lot of Calls to Mr. Praveen but waste.

Kindly arrange for activation of my number 99360 56789 at the eaeliest so that our efforts do not go waste.
