Airtel up west
Unnecessary blockage of SIM

SIR/MADAM,

with due respect, i wanted to state a complaint against airtel up west customer care, muradnagar, ghaziabad (u.p.). i bought an airtel SIM on 1 august fron bunty telecom infront of krishna intitute of engg. and technology, ghaziabad, with life time validity and at the same time i submitted my driving license as an id and address proof. my SIM got activated on the same day with no. 9897173137 and there was no problem uptil one month . in second week of september there was a message on my mobile that my address verification proof is not available therefore submit it otherwise the connection would be blocked.therefore i again submitted my address proof the next day but the next week on 24 september i found SIM blocked, there was no incoming and no outgoing. then i called customer care service and contacted mr. sanjay (mob.no. 9897950341) who at that time assured me that that my SIM will be activated the next day, but it didn;t happened, so i called him again then he told me submit id proof again. from that day i have submitted my id proof twice. but nothing has happened uptil today 30 sep 2008.

so, kindly please get my SIM activated (9897173137). i am in lot of trouble as my many important works i am unable to do.
