Sir,

Reference my earliest Service Request reference number is 955100

My Airtel data card connectivity is notworking properly and the following errors are displayed continiuosly :

(1) EDGE/GSM Airtel range/single is full and Network conectivity is ok but download/upload 0 kb/s browsing is nil.

(2) Error 619: A connection to the remote computer could not be established, so the port used for this connection was closed.

I have bought this modem on 08/08/09 & after working for 2 day it stopped working and i have made an complain which has not been resolved till know.

Due to the above errors and poor service of airtel I would like to discontinue this service and thinking of going to consumer court for its resolution if the same problem is going on.

Please look into the matter at the earliest.
