AIRTEL/VISA BILL PAY
Missing funds

I am having the same kind of problem, i paid my postpaid (airtel) bill on 12-10 for month of sep,

but still im getting alerts from airtel reminding me of overdue bill. I paid my bill through VISA BILL PAY in the credit statement its showing as paid. Im clueless whom to complain as airtel customer care people are saying it is not showing in the system, planning to disconnect this connection im asked to pay Rs 2000. please help
