Excess Charges while refilling the card

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I, Lalit Ambolkar, on behalf of all the consumers of Vodafone & Airtel, want to bring it to your notice that almost all the stores which provide recharge facilties have started demanding 1 - 2 Rs. per top up. Even for 10Rs. recharge they are demanding 11 Rs. Therefore, I hereby request you to please kindly look into the matter & do the needful.
