DND calls

Hi,

My name is pankaj goel.i have a vodafone prepaid number (9811662255). After activation of DND service still i recieving tele marketing calls and SMS.When i complainte to vodafone coustemer care, They said that if the call, SMS comes from normal number they are not responsible to take any action. And they said go to indian court and file the case against that number. Similierely my father have an airtel prepaid number (9810193100) and he is suffering from the same problem. Both companeys are not taken any action. After that we gave all the information about the numbers. Please do needful.
