Ecovered even when unsubscribed

My mobile no 9849853898.Even after unsubscribing for the services amount was cut from my prepaid account on May6 and on persuasion the amount was credited.

Again on May 15th at 01-48 Pm Rs 20 was cut again at 01-55Pm rs 20 was cut. On speaking to ur customer care HYD one Mr Uttam spoke and the 1st deducted Rs20 was credited. From 01-58Pm I was trying to contact the supervisor. Though ur executives Priyanka and Supriya forwarded the call there was no reply I was holding the line in the 1st instance for 10 minutes and 2nd time for 5 minutes. But no use. When I have tried again at 02-30 PM routine pre recorded message "give sms AIRTEL to 12 toll free number. This is the fate of the customers. The second time deducted amount on May 15th is not credited as yet. Hope U can redress the problem
