To Deactivate/Unsubscribe this facility from my mobile

Respected sir,

I am facing this problem from few days, each and every day from my mobile they are charging sum amount Rs10 for (wap.mobifun.in), I don't know why .please look into this matter...

I want to deactivate/unsubscribe this facility from my Mobile ..

My mobile No is 9903803683...

I will be grateful to you if you can solve this problem
