"A message was received on my mobile 09896625059 stating - Thanks for using
(Subscrptions, TextBasedServices) you have been charged Rs.20/-."
I have already activated DND service provided by Airtel, and now I am legally forced to file a Consumer Case inspite using DND services I am getting Messages and my amount is deducted for the services which I have never been subscribed ever in past.
Kindly look into the matter keenly
