Illegal charging on the name of wap services

I surfed the airtel homepage and didnt click any chargeable link, even then i was charged the for downloading java games though m nokia 6030 doesnt even support such format.the call center employee told me that the rcord showed that transaction took place. how can it be??? i never clicked any paid link. this is broad daylight cheating. what can i do???
