Unable to Unsubscribe Airtel Word Pack

I have Airtel Mobile 9945195091. From past few weeks I have been getting messages of Airtel Word pack everyday although I have not subscribed it. It charges Rs10 every week. I'm unable to unsubscribe it. I want the refund of the money and I want to unsubscribe it.
