I had applied for international roamming & had paid a deposit of 6000 Rs, but the roamming never got activated, dol let me know the reason for the same & the procedure for the refund.

I had bought two air tel world calling cards to be used abroad, but both of theam did not work.

I want a refund from air tel, whats the procedures for the same
