Airtel World Calling Card not working

I purchased a long distance World calling card for Rs 500/- on 28 Sep 08 from N Delhi before leaving for Ireland, Dublin. the WCC was issued vide bill No 1132 dated 28 Sep 08 of BB Corporate Services Pvt Ltd, Dwarka, Delhi-75.My WCC sl no is 977630370000977630370004.(Date of packing-1/08)

After reaching Dublin, when I tried using the card, I received a recorded error message saying that the card needs to be activated for use. This is in contravention with the assurance given by the salesman at Delhi Intl Airport stating that the card does not need any activation, and can be used frm anywhere instantly. The help line of the tecom service at Dublin also could not help except saying that the card needs to be taken back to the seller at Delhi.

May I request Airtel, Delhi to look into the matter and resolve the issue so that I can make use of the card as per the conditions laid down for use.
