Sir,

I have purchased a Life time prepaid Airtel card for cell No.9849457461 in the month of December. No the message displays that Ur Lifetime plan expires December but before in the monthe of January/Febuary it was showing as U R Lifetime Plan. I am not able to understand that how could Airtel company says that u r Life time plan exp. on then what is the meaning of LIFETIME PLAN.

i request the Airtel world mobile company to clarify.

I tried to contract customer care but the concer person could not give proper reply on the said subject.

I will be very much thankful to u sir if u could take personal instrect to solve my problem.
