Deduction of amount of service

I having airtel prepaid mobile card since long. my no. is 9898247925 & my no. is under DND category. But i am getting service messages from airtel & they starting to deduct amount Rs.0.10 ps every 1 mnt from my prepaid amount. so many times i told the airtel regarding this matter, they said that they will look in the matter, they send compliant no. & for few days they stop to deduct the amount but after 15 or 20 days they starting to send service messages & deducting Rs.0.10 ps. I have lost around Rs.100/- due to practice of Airtel. Pl do needful in this regards. otherwise i have to go to court, or police station or to TRAI. or iahve to change co.
