Dear Sir,

I Devender Kumar R/o B-173/B Katwaria Sarai New Delhi 110016. I am using an Airtel prepaid connection from last 4 years. Mobile no. is 9810478173. Last year I lost my mobile so that the sim. About 6-8 months I applied for duplicate sim. Which I got from Airtel by submitting my address & id proof. But from 25 days my no. is not working bcoz of wrong address verification according to Airtel. I went to dealer from where I got that duplicate sim that the address which is showing against my mobile is of some body else. This why the no. is not working. Pls help me in this bcoz they are not helping me and also harrasing me mentally and physically.
