Forged Plot Sale

Me and many of my colleagues booked Plots in Aishvaryaa Downtown layout near Chikkabalapur in April 08. During booking, it was committed and widely advsrtised that the layout is under approval with DTCP Chikkabalapur and it will be obtained in 6 months. We paid biooking amount of 40% and a sale agreement was prepared.

No approval was obtained in 6 months and whenever we followed, we were told that it is under process. In March this year, we filed an RTI application with DTCP and got a shock to know that the builder has not even applied. When confronted, builder informed that they have not applied to DTCP but to some other agency, but refused to divulge the name. As per govt rules, only DTCP can approve the layout. When we ask buildr for refund of booking, he flatly refused, for which we are filing a Consumer case now.

Please beware of Aishvaryaa Prestige, he sells properties under various names like AISHVARYAA DOWNTOWN, AISHVARYAA DIAMOND, AISHVARYAA ENCLAVE, ETC. Their office is in Basveshwaranagar and you can rarely get to meet the MD (Latif Patl) or any of his office bearers.
