Wrongly display of name in CIBIL report

I alok jain date of birth 22.12.1966 PAN - ACXPJ 1688C Tel. No. 4252521 / 4252520 have been informed by State Bank of India, that my name is shown as defaulter's list in the CIBIL Report. The loan a/c opening date was 10.07.04 last payment date 28.03.05 current balance Rs. 115270/- present status - written off. But i was not informed other details like name of bank, details of loan nature of loan etc.

In this regard my compliant is that niether I have taken a loan from any bank nor pending / written off any amount of any loan a/c. Please delete my name from the said CIBIL Report or acknowledge me regarding full details and facts of the said loan.
