Returning of Balance Money

Hi All,

I purchased some snacks for me, the bill amount was Rs.48 and gave him Rs.50. The cashier repaid the balance Rs.2 by way of chocolates. I can see this is happening in many of the shop. Is there any way to stop is theft.
