Not getting the refill cylinders on time

Ajitha gas agency is supplying Indane cylinders for me for many years. Their service is very bad. Every time I get the cylinders only after 10-15 after booking, whereas at the same time, my neighbour gets the same Indane cylinder by the evening of the same day of booking from a different agency located near villivaakam Bustand. also, I should rang them up 2-3 times after booking to get the refil. So, I kindly request the concerned Department to take the necessary action on them
