I ordered two Akai DVD and two Videocon Home Theatre before two months. Order No is 701673034.

Till date I only got Two DVD and only one Home Theatre. Remaining one Home Theatre not yet reached till date. I have been approaching your Customer Care for two months. But they gave me assurance that it will reach you within seven working days. But I did not get the Home Theatre till date. It is a violation of your advertisement. You promised me that you can provide the item within ten days of payment. Actually I am very depressed. Your assurance is not yet fruitful. So kindly do the needful and provide me the item at the earliest.
