Remittence of Contribution done in wrong account code

We M/s Akash Agencies got code number letter from PF Office, Regional Office,

Bhavishyanidhi Bhavan Raja Ram Mohan Roy Road, Bangalore allotting us Code No. KN/42674 and we continuously remitted PF contributions of our employees to above code no. from April to June. On submission of Annual return, we got a letter from PF office stating that "code number differs from the name of the Estb.". On contacting the PF Office, we came to know that there is no code number allotted to M/s Akash Agencies and the code No. KN/42674 belongs some one else. Even after remittance of contributions for more than 15 months, PF office never informed us the above.

We have written letters dated 29/7, 18/8, 6/9 & 22/11 addressed to the RPFC - I, ACPF - Compliance, Addt. Central PF Commissioner & Asst. PF Commissioner (Compliance) Bangalore. asking for transfer of above contriubtion from A/C No. KN/42674 to our New Code No. KN60090 (which we had applied and got during Aug.2010).so far we have not received any reply nor transfer has happened.
