Late delivery of gas cylinder & rude behaviour of the serviceman blackmarketing

Sir

Through this mail i want to tell you that the mentioned gas agency'serviceman is not doing their work properly. They sell the filled gas cylinder to the blackmarcketers & some unlawful elements for their profit without thinking about the regular customer of indian gas. For this sake they tell the wrong booking no. to consumers & sell their no."cylinder to the above mentioned. This does not come to an end at this also.

Their behaviour is very bad also. They talk to the customers in a very rude way. It seems that the phone of this agency is only for formality as they do not recieve it for more than 10 min.in a hour.

therefore sir plz look into the matter as soon as possible & make us feel that govt. sector is also worth of beliving.
