Tata sky not honouring the request

Dear Sir,

I have purchased 1/2 HD LG TV from Croma Mumbai (Big bazar)

10 days past. along with TATA skY connection was free. My TATA

C.ID is 10645536483 / C NO 508869378310

They said they will respond within 72 hrs.(after contacting telephonically twice to them)

Kindly honour my request before the scheme gets exhausted.
