Irregular gas service & negligence of complaints

Espected sir,

this is to inform u that this gas agency"servicemen are not performing their works properly. They do not pay heed to the complaints of coustomer & talk to them in a rude way. They make fool of the illiterate people of this colony.

Sir i have booked my cng refill before two weeks but they have not sent me a cylinder till now.even they sell the customer no."s refill for black marketing. For this even they tell the wrong booking no. to the customer.

therefore please take the much needed steps as soon as possible.
