Epf withdrawl

Hi, my name is rajpal singh and my epf code is HR26068/47.I submited my withdrawl form on jan 10th 08.Icrossed check in april;till that it was not in process. But when i re checked in may, they told me that my form was been returned though 3-A was not submited by com.its allready 5 month been passed.how long should i wait now.

plz do need full asap
