My car has damaged while delivery

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

As for the concern of my previous sent mail to you for making of my car in damaged condition while delivery, i.e. FORD IKON (KA 03 Z 5563). I wanted to have a right decesion about of this.

And make a serious action against them (Mr. arun sharma) of bangalore branch.so, please give us a wright decesion about this.

The bio-data has given below:-

1> Delivered from kolkatta on 28/01/09 by Mr. mohan kumar

2> receving date in bangalore on 02/02/09 through Mr. arun sharma

3> gearbox and clutch plate was in damaged condition

4> body of the car has misbalanced

5> deliverd after the delivery date.

6> given a threatning to us and abbused words.

7> they made the car sterio sound system damaged with internal other items

8> the soccer of the car is not in the running condition with damaged ball-bearing kit.

these are the concern defaults have made by them.so, please give a better chance to live a normal life to the common people.
