i have booked ticket thru the website of akbartravelsonline on dated 23-dec for date 24/12 for delhi to kathmandu with the refference no A06983323. with the status confirmed.

when i reached the airport for journey i came to know that my ticket is not confirmed then i talked to their mumbai office executive thru phone on thier helpdesk .he asked me to wait till he check the payment status .i waited about 30 min then he reply that my payment is cleared but there is some error in the system .your ticket is not confirmed and the you will recieve your money back.

i am shock that this is not the way to treat the customers .i must have to go kathmandu as my doughter is very serious and hospitalize there.i have lost so many hours of time.ifeel that i am cheated by the company.
