No proper explainaton from company nor response

Sir/Mam,

I was visted by an executive from the company who promised me for a broadband connection within 4 days and took the papers. Now its been more than 10 days and till date no body has responded me back, i also had a word with a customer care executive named alka then she shifted me to some saurabh even he is such a kind of manager who doesnt knows about is the company having the connection in chandni chowk or not.

So it is a kind request that kindly trace out wrong people from the company who all are spoiling the brand of airtel and above all the manager who is taking care for this area says to me that your connection will

not be done on the basis that you are complaining against us, B'cause of your companies assurance i got one of net connection disconnected and my business is also suffering. Very First day i told them that i am a Legal Advisor (Lawyer) so i dont like all those filthy games of befooling the customers.

Now its a kind request that kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and also revert back before i take any legal action in precise i want to have a connection not the refund.
