People awareness against the fraud in name of BSNL’s Direct selling agent at Bangalore

On 2nd may one women wearing mangal sutra (age between 26-29) distributed the BSNL landline and broadband form to my maid at my resident, B Narayanpura Bangalore with her contact name (Gayathri) and number (9738247054).

The next day on 3rd may I gave her an appointment during afternoon, she came along with gentleman by scooter and who left her back at my home and fled away and found waiting near a bakery shop. The lady who was given an appointment met me and introduced herself as BSNL direct selling agent (DSA) and showed her identification as AC Gayathri, DSA code 1167.After being convinced over the discussion held in-between I venture to apply BSNL connection and I filled up the BSNL form which she supplied to me which was return to her duly filled in and along with necessary documents such as pan card and resident proof Xerox.

That on being haggling over the matter of payments to be abruptly, i issued a cheque of Rs 2500 which she refused to accept and demanded in cash due should be maid as BSNL office would not encouraged issue of cheque payments which ensured in me a doubtful proposition entailed on me to refuse the deal. Thereafter she someway or other she managed to convince me to entertain the deal and she accepted the part payment and leaving the rest amount to be payable through BSNL monthly bill statement. Further Mrs Gayathri assured to me that whatever necessary enquiry that may be required for the purpose would be initiated officially within a weekdays time, failing which I may be kept informed me of the matter for expedition but in the meantime much time has been elapsed but to know a fact despite telephonic persuasion over the telephone numbers she supplied as under 9480630885, 9738247054 and 9686911194 .Now it is most unfortunate that telephone number (9480630885 and 9738247054) which were in workable condition are presently switched off and the other one being stands in name of her husband although was responding is presently at times lying switched off and at times answering as wrong number and therefore it is vividly cleared that there has been a disgruntled motive behind it and therefore the deal that I had undertaken being a fraudulent one.

Therefore I wish that none should be victimised unlike.

In the circumstances discussed supra it may be maid awareness among the general innocent citizen as it is not unlikely that one Prasad of KR PURAM of Bangalore is a victim like me being noticed in GOOGLE http://www.indiabroadband.net/bsnl-broadband/17942-any-body-came-your-house-bsnl-authorised-sales-person.html
