Pathetic service by AKS 24 x 7

I had given my DVD player for servicing to AKS 24 x 7 as there were minor issues with the player (it wasnt playing certain DVD formats all of a sudden). I received their number from JustDial. A guy named Shahid from AKS 24x7 picked up the player from my residence and assured that it will be delivered back at my door step in a couple of days. Its been close to 18 days since this happened and there are no signs of my DVD player. A week back when I called them I was told that it will be delivered the same day but a week later there are still no signs of the DVD player. My calls are not being answered by the company or by Mr. Shahid now. Mr. Murthy (supposedly, the person incharge) hasnt been answering calls inspite of my repeated follow-ups. Now, I am absolutely clueless on whom I should complain to.
