Non receipt of consignment ZD4799782

A parce was booked in my name vide consignment no ZD4799782 which is the top priority category on 25 April. it was addressed at my Pimpalgaon (baswant) address which is a town near nasik. Here the work culture of your company is that a person comes with all the parcels and seat at a roadside tea stall and it is the duty of the customer to track his consignment and the person in a "FIND ME IF YOU CAN" game and get the consignment. While the consignor from delhi had provided my three live mobile no i did not even get a missed call from that gentleman. when I spoke to him he simply replied that he had contacyed but i failed to collect. he was not knowing that he is speaking to the person whose name address and mobile no were on the parce.

if any body from the courrier service is really reading these complaints seriously he will find the real gloomy picture of the so called high tech courrier service. and if they are honest with this all the e mail tracking, sms tracking and all this then why they fail to understand the importance of delivering the parcels. why cant you ensure that the bottom line is not only bringing you the revenues but also delivering the consignments to the people. and if it is really being read then i feel i deserve a curtesy mail in reply else another impression that this compalint forum is also part of a bit and high tech but hollow show put up.
