Company not reverting back

Dear sir,

We purchased IPTV connection on 27th august. After few months that is on 9th May the set top box went kaput. We complained for few months no one reverted back. After few months their engineer had come and he said set top box is faulty. So he said withdraw this connection and re apply for new connection. Till todays date which is 11th July we did not get our new connection for which they again took a check of Rs999/ for new connection and nor did they refund for our previous connection. And when we call them they keep on passing different operators number which irritates a lot and we could hear their giggling behind. Please do register my complain we are totally fed up.
