NEGLIGENCE OF SERVICES

This is to bring to your kind notice that our "IPTV" installed by "AKSH OPTIFIBRE LIMITED" on 18 august is not working from 26 august till date besides lodging so many complaints with their customer care and no executive has come from their side till date even promised by them several times. So we are not satisfied with their services at all and we want our IPTV to be disconnected as soon as possible and security deposit of rs.999 to be refunded at the earliest. Hence, it is a case of pure negligence on their part in providing services to the customer so you are requested to take strict actions against them immediately as we are totally frustrated.
