I control has been installed at my place on 04/10/08 and the receipt number is:10254. It is not working properly since it installed and i made complaint on the customer care almost everyday and till date. I am not at all satisfied with the services of their services. You can check at the customer care about my complaints. I wanted them to send someone to rectify the problem but everytime they tell that someone going to visit me in 24hrs and till now nobody has visited me yet. I am really upset with the services. I have to sit on phone for atleast half an hour to make call to the customer care because the number of customer care keeps busy for very long. My MTNL number is 011-29811480.Kindly take this complaint seriously and take necessary action against it that is my humble request to you.
