I was approached by the local franchisee of IPTV BSNL. M/s. Vision Net, at Meerut, (U.P.) and he collected Cheques of Rs.1499/- for SID (STP), Rs.600/- as activation cum Channel viewing charges, Rs.200/- for Wire, Rs.1000/- for the Modem.

Vision Net, Meerut, assured to deliver all the Receipts, Brochures containing Channel Details, Tariff & the rate Structure, the nest day itself i.e. 06-10.

The Connection is started but No Receipts, Brochures containing Channel Details, Tariff & the rate Structure, has been supplied till date i.e. 20-10.
