Non-Payment of Security Deposit

My IPTV connection was disconnected on 6-6 (disconnection O.B. No. 7979 dt. 6-6-08). My Set Top Box and wire collected by Mr. Negi Mob. No. 9868955886 on behalf of Aksh Optifibre Ltd. on 12-6 (Receipt No. 5729 dt. 12-6). I was told my security deposit of Rs. 999/- will be refunded to me within 15 days.

When my security deposit as not refunded till 30 days I called IPTV Customer Care where I was told to talk to Mr. Rajat on 26991507. On contacting to Mr. Rajat he said that my cheque is ready and will be delivered to me within 2 days. But till date my security amount is not refunded. I have been calling regularly to Mr. Rajat but to no avail.
