Bad Service

I have installed IPTV on 21/12/08 but still I am not getting service as promised by the company. My complaint is whenever I try to change channel it changes the volume and vice-versa also the channel hangs a lot in between and the waiting signal is very irritating and also sometimes only voice comes and no video and vice-versa, After complaining a lot still no response from Aksh Optifibre every time they say that they will send an engineer but no one comes and also some times they disconnects the phone in between when I ask them to give me a complaint no. they say that there is no complaint no. required for this. Can anyone help us from this weird situation.
