Incentive not paid and abuse, harassemnt

Aksystems-inc located at Baroda. I have worked with this co, for 3 months and salary was along with incentive. Company has not not paid incentive on 7.32 Lacks revenue generated thought it was promised. I was appointed for BD and harassed and prevented from work.

When i left, i was told that incentives would be paid when we get it from client. And it has been more than 6 months and they have been unprofessional and not giving proper reply on this.

Employees of this company do not hold any ehtics and I being only female during that time, they have made misuse of all my personal information found from orkut and matrimony sites.

CEO of this co. is also weird person who has not kept their words and being unprofessional. Manan has harassed me a lot stating I wrote a mail against him to CEO and I dont know what all.
