Non delivery of gas cylinders on time

Sir, with due respect i would like to bring to your notice that some middle men are actually tarnishing the name of the so old and reliable "alaka".

u might have got news from else where also that the people who are on the other side of the phone are not picking phone at any hour we call... niether do they respond fast when we personally lodge a complain.

my customer no is A 20807... i would like to forward to you my latest plight. i have booked a gas on 11th of may and have not received the delivery till now (20 days almost). we have to wait for the gas and we are not able to go out for many of our urgent works.

with due respect i feel u will look into the matter seriously and take responsive actions.
