Bill is not comeing to the mailing address

My telephone No is (033) 23455495 i am mot getting my telephone bill to my address i.e 36/1e/1k/1 topsia road Martin para near VIP Masjid close to Trinamol Bhavan. I am using the line from last three months with the Broad band facilities and not getting the bill because of this problem i have not paid the bill at the right time and my line has been disconected i face lots of problem becs i was unable to use the Internet facilities. I have paid my due bill And i would like to request u please try to send the bill in my mailing address.
