Worst Customer Service

Respected Sir/Madam,

I brought a Panasonic TV from them.

Recently the internal power supply had a problem and it was requiring a service on the product.

Even though the product was in Service Warrenty period, they were not ready to provide free service. They said that they require 2050 rs to make it ready and another 350 rs as service charge.

Now what does Warrenty means? Is it just to fool consumers?
