PAN CARD not yet recieved

I have got a message that my pan is created and the PAN number is BKJPK9675H. After getting this message and confirming it at the income tax site, i tore my application reciept i got from Alankit in hope that my PAN will be recieved shortly.

but its been 25 days and i did not get my PAN card yet.

please look into the matter.

i dont have my application number but i can give the information regarding my application if it helps.
