Dear sir,

Myself Akhilesh sankwa worked with M/S ALBATROSS HEALTH CARE PVT.LTD - MUMBAI. myself left above company in July. After left the cimpany myself applied to PF payment. for that myself regulerly followup with company (Mr. Alkesh - HR Dept). But there no response till date.

Finally myself yet not received my PF amount. So, i request you to please help me for release my PF Amount from above company at the earliest.
